摘要
以SBR法处理含阴离子表面活性剂废水。探讨了SBR系统处理废水的最佳条件及曝气时间、进水pH值、沉降时间、闲置时间、泥水比等因素对废水中LAS去除率的影响,并在单条件实验的基础上选取影响较大的因素进行了正交实验,取得了令人满意的处理效果。当废水中LAS含量为100mg/L时,曝气时间为4.5h,沉降时间为4h,闲置时间为5h,进水pH=7,进水为4h,其对废水中LAS去除率可以达到96%。
Environmental treatment of wastewater containing anion surfactant with SBR process was investigated. The effect of aeration time, sedimentation time,leave unused time,different volume ratio of sludge and water and pH were studled. The effective factors were selected to orthogonal experiment on the result of the single condition experiment. The result showed;When concentration of LAS is 100mg/L at the room temperature -20℃, aeration time is 4. 5h, sedimentation time is 2h,idle time is 0. 5h,volume ration of sludge and water is 30%, pH is 7,the removal rate of LAS can reach 96. 39%.
