摘要
本文在分析了我国高新技术发展现状的基础上,根据我国高新技术及其产业化发展的特点,指出了发展高新技术对我国产业现代化的积极作用,进而对发展我国高新技术产业的对策进行了有益的探讨.
On the basis of present situation and characteristics of high & new technololgy development in China, we analyzes the positive effect about developing China's high & new technology, and tries to find out countermeasures for the development of China's high & new technology from different points of view.
