摘要
目的观察不同浓度赤霉素对人工种植红花岩黄芪出苗率和黄芪甲苷含量的影响。方法用不同浓度赤霉素对红花岩黄芪种子进行处理后,观察其出苗率;用液相色谱仪、紫外检测器测定其黄芪甲苷含量。结果不同浓度赤霉素对红花岩黄芪种子进行处理后与温水对照组进行出苗率比较,无明显差异;与干种子对照组进行比较时,则差异明显(P<0.05或P<0.01);不同浓度赤霉素处理红花岩黄芪种子后对黄芪甲苷含量的影响不明显(P>0.05)。结论赤霉素可以明显提高出苗率,但不影响药物有效成分黄芪甲苷含量。
Objective: To observe effects of gibberellins of varying concentration on cultivation Hedysarum multijugum. Methods: To observe seedling rates of Hedysarum multijugum after its seeds are processed by gibberel- lins of varying concentration. To determine the astragaloside of Hedysarum multijugum, using liquid chromatography and ultraviolet detector. Results: Compared with warm water control group, there is no remarked difference in results from processing seeds of Hedysarum multijugum, whereas there is noticeable difference in comparison with dry seeds control group, with P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01. No obvious effects of processing seeds of Hedysarum multijugum with gibberellins of varying concentration on its astragaloside are found, with P 〉 0.05. Conclusion: The gibberellins can effectively promote the rate of seeds growing, but they hardly effect the content of astragaloside.
