摘要
铁在猪饲料营养中是必需的重要微量元素之一。而有机铁是第3代新型饲料添加剂,具有生物利用率高、化学结构稳定、增强免疫力、吸收率高、利于环保等特点,是当前国内外研制和开发的热点。作者综述了有机铁的生化特性、功能作用、吸收机理、生产应用和研究进展。
Iron is one of the essential and important trace minerals in nutrition of pig feed. Organic iron is a new feed additive of the third generation feed and it is characterized by its high biological utilization, stable chemical structure, improving immunity and high absorption, being good to environment . The research and development of organic iron is a hot point at home and abroad at present. The biochemical property, function, absorption principle, production, application and progress on research in animal nutrition are discussed in this article.
