摘要
针对工程项目管理机构在风险管理中面临的问题进行了分析,阐述了风险产生的来源,建立了风险分析与评估的模型,提出了规避风险对策,并结合实例进行了分析,对工程项目管理机构有效实施风险管理具有指导意义。
In this paper, the authors have analyzed the problem of the project risk management of project management organization, elaborated the sources of the risk , established risk analysis and assessment models and introduced the strategy to avoid risks.
