丘脑底核电刺激治疗帕金森病时发音信号的动态分析

摘要 目的探讨丘脑底核(STN)DBS治疗PD发音障碍的效应。方法19名PD患者,在服药和未服药状态下,开和关闭DBS,记录声音文件。用扰动和非线性动态分析方法进行分析。结果t检验显示:植入双侧、左侧和右侧DBS的PD受试者在服药和未服药状态下,分析数值指标在DBS开和关之间没有显著的差异。结论提示STN DBS对PD患者的周期性和非周期性发音障碍都没有显著改善。 Objective To study the effects of subthalamic nucleus(SrN) deep brain stimulation (DBS) on pathologic vocalization in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD).Methods Nineteen PD patients performed sustained vowel phonations, which were recorded with DBS equipment activated (DBS- on) and deactivated (DBS-off) before medication and 1 h and 8 h after medication. The phonafions were pro-cessed using perturbation analysis and nonlinear dynamic analysis. Results Student's t-test showed that in patients receiving DBS (bilateral, left, or right), there were no does not have any significant differences in vowel phonatiom between stimulator - off and stimulator - on before medication and 1 h and 8 h after medication. Conclusion DBS of STN does not improve the periodic and aperiodic vocal pathology.
