妊娠合并人乳头瘤病毒感染研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 女性生殖道人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染好发于生育年龄,与妊娠关系颇受关注。综述妊娠和HPV感染的相互关系和相互影响、HPV母婴传播途径,妊娠合并HPV感染的预防和处理。HPV可能引起病毒血症,除产道传播外还存在宫内传播,其传播率主要与母血感染有关。妊娠期常规检查宫颈分泌物或阴道HPV感染情况,发现尖锐湿疣或亚临床感染可给予适当治疗。
