摘要
以间氨基苯甲酸和3-氯-2 ,2-二甲基丙酰氯为原料合成了3种含环状酰肼的新型功能性显影促进剂,其结构经IR、MS、1HNMR和元素分析得到了确证,同时对显影促进剂的合成作用机理进行了理论分析。
Several novel selective development accelerators were synthesized by rn-amine-phenylformic acid and 3-chloro-2, 2-dimethylpropionyl chloride. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, MS, ^1 HNMR and elemental analysis. At the same time, the synthesis mechanisms of novel development accelerators were researched in this paper.
