摘要
研究了腐植酸负载钯催化剂对碘苯、溴苯及其芳基卤衍生物与丙烯酸的Heck芳基化反应的催化性能.在氮气保护下,讨论了时间、温度、催化剂用量、碱和溶剂对反应产率的影响.结果表明:以溴苯与丙烯酸的反应为例,催化剂在130℃反应12 h,三丁胺作为碱,催化剂用量为0.44 mol%的钯含量,四丁基溴化铵作为溶剂的条件下具有较好的催化性能;对碘苯及溴苯的衍生物与丙烯酸的反应也有很高的催化活性.
It was investigated that humic acid supported palladium catalyst catalyzed Heck arylation of iodobenzene, hromohenzene and their derivates with acrylic acid in this paper. The effect of reaction time, reaction temperature, amount of catalyst, alkali, and solvent on the yield of product was studied by using the reaction of hromohenze with acrylic acid under the N2 atmosphere. The results showed that the best condition contains 130℃, trihutyl amine as alkali, tetrahutylammonium bromide as solvent, amount of catalyst 0.44 mol% Pd, 12 h. The catalyst had high catalytic activity to iodohenzene, hromohenzene and their derivates with acrylic acid.
