南方亚麻微生物脱胶技术及其理论研究 Ⅵ.酶学特性及脱胶试验

摘要 为提高亚麻酶法脱胶的效率,对环状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus circulans)A6以亚麻为碳源产生的酶制剂特性及脱胶条件进行了研究.结果表明,A6菌是1株高效的脱胶菌,摇瓶振荡加菌脱胶,12 h即能完成,其产生的酶制剂包含大量的果胶酶,酶作用的最适反应pH为9.0,酶作用的最适反应温度为50~60℃,酶在pH7~8,30℃条件下能保持稳定,高温(30℃以上)下易失活,利用酶液进行亚麻脱胶的纤维光泽明亮,颜色呈黄白色,纤维表面残留物少,手拉纤维强度大于水沤法脱胶纤维. In order to improve the efficiecy of enzyme-retting of flax and achieve the best of retting effect by Bacillus circulans A6, this characteristic of the enzymes and retting condition by Bacillus circulans A6 were investigated. The result showed that the retting enzymes produced by Bacillus circulans A6 contained pectinase in abundance, which was most active at pH9.0, temperature 50~60 ℃ and most stable at 30 ℃. As a result the flax fiber of enzyme-retting is better than that of water retting.
