摘要
采用吹脱-称重法对有机稀溶液在吹脱条件下的传质速率进行了测定,所测定的有机溶质范围包括醇类、酮类、苯类、酯类、卤代烃类。测定结果表明卤代烃类,苯类在水中的吹脱速率最快,酮类和酯类次之,醇类最不易吹脱。以气-液双膜理论为基础,对吹脱条件下传质速率的数学模型进行了理论探讨,理论计算结果与实验结果比较表明,所采用的数学模型适用于水-气分散两相系统间传质过程的计算。
The mass transfer rates of volatile organic solute from dilute aqueous solution to the atmosphere were determined using the methods of purging and weighing. The volatile organic solutes include alcohols, ketones, aromatics, esters, and halogenated hydrocarbons. The results show that the rates of mass transfer of halogenated hydrocarbons and aromatics are faster than those of ketones and esters, and those of alcohols are the slowest. The mass transfer rates were also calculated by a math model based on the two film model theory. The results of the experiments and calculations were in good agreement, which shows that the math model can be applied to such gas-liquid systems.
