摘要
介绍了控制核心C8051F005微处理器,利用其丰富的内部资源和优越的性能,大大减少了外围电路的设计量,提高了系统控制的实时性和稳定性。采用IR公司的IR2110作为驱动模块,利用C8051F005产生的双PWM对送丝电机进行调速及正、反转。设计了焊丝线速度反馈的闭环控制电路,实现了稳定精确的送丝,改善了焊缝质量。
The C8051F005 microprocessor is mainly introduced in this paper, using its abundant source and outstanding performance, the design of the exterior circuit is greatly decreased, also, stability and rapidity of the control system are improved. Choosing the IR2110 made in IR corporation as drive module, feed-wire electromotor’ velocity is adjusted by the double PWM produced by C8051F005, the double PWM also make the electromotor rotate positively and negatively. Close-loop control circuit which is feedback by the welding wire velocity is designed, steady and accurate feed-wire system is achieved and the welding quality is improved also.
