摘要
用化学沉淀法制备CoFe2O4超微颗粒,以CoFe2O4超微颗粒作为核心磁性材料,经表面活性剂作用后悬浮于水载液中得到铁酸钴磁性液体。利用震动磁强计对磁性液体进行了磁场测试,用X-射线进行了物相分析并计算了晶粒的尺寸。通过控制实验工艺,CoFe2O4磁性颗粒的大小平均为4.63nm,形成了纳米级铁酸钴颗粒;通过对表面活性剂的选择和复配,得到了稳定的铁酸钴磁性液体,饱和磁化强度达到16.202GS,矫顽力和剩磁均趋于零。
CoFe2O4 was prepared with the chemical precipitation method. Next, these CoFe2O4 ultrafine particles, being used as the core magnetic material, were suspended in water with the help of a surfactant. This was the precise cobalt ferrite magnetic fluid that we wanted. Then, the magnetic field intensity of the magnetic fluid was measured with the vibrating-sample magnetometer; and phase analysis was conducted with the X-ray diffraction method. The diameters of the particles were calculated. The results showed that if the process was carefully and correctly controlled, the average diameter of CoFe2O4 magnetic particles could be 4.63 nm. This means that they could be categorized into nanosized cobalt ferrite particles. After properly selecting and reformulating the surfactant, stable cobalt ferrlte magnetic fluid could be obtained. Its saturated magnetization was 16. 202 GS, and its coercive force and remanent magnetization were both close to zero.
