摘要
GATS作为第一个关于国际服务贸易的多边框架性法律文件,也是规范国际旅游服务贸易的重要法律依据。中国应在GATS框架下健全和完善与之相接轨的旅游服务贸易的立法,尽早建立起完整的旅游服务贸易法律体系,促进在经济全球化背景下旅游服务贸易的进一步发展和逐步自由化。
GATS, as the first multilateral legal framework for the liberalization of the international trade in services, provides an important basis for the trade in services of international tourism. China has to improve and perfect the legislation relating to the trade in services of tourism under the GATS, and build as early as possible complete legal system regarding trade in services of tourism, so that Chinese tourist industry in services may be further developed and progressively liberalized in the context of economic globalization.
