摘要
本文阐述这样一种观念:绩效管理是一个贯穿于整个管理实践的动态的行为过程而不仅仅是绩效评估行为。进而结合地震台站管理这一平台,分析公共管理领域特别是非营利组织内绩效管理流程,并提出应注意的问题。
This article elaborates the idea that performance management is much more than performance appraisal; it is a process which runs through the entire management practice. The author then further analyzes the performance management flow in the field of public management especially that of the non-profit organizations and at last, brings forward some problems to be noticed.
