摘要
外来人口的治理是城市社会治理不可忽略的问题,是建设和谐社区重要的组成部分。文章通过对长沙市天剑社区外来人口治理的成功经验总结,探讨了社区外来人口治理的若干办法,即加大社区建设,建立弱势群体利益表达机制,创新居委会工作,大力发展非营利组织等。
The flowing population governance has become an essential part of social governance, as well as an important aspect in constructingthe harmonious community. With reference to the successful experience of Tianjian Community in Changsha, this article puts forward the several suggestions on the governance of flowing population in the urban community such as enhancing the construction of the community, building the mechanism for the communication of the disadvantageous groups, promoting innovations in the work of the residential committee and going all out to develop the non-profiting organizations.
