摘要
讨论了四硼酸钠对水玻璃结构、性能的影响。结果表明,四硼酸钠可以提高水玻璃硬化后的强度和抗吸湿性。四硼酸钠与水玻璃可形成[BO4]、[SiO4]复合玻璃网络,提高网络的完整度,从而使水玻璃的粘结强度得到提高;[BO4]可吸附阳离子,减少钠离子的迁移,使水玻璃的抗吸湿性得到改善。
The influence of Na2B4O7 on the structure and property of sodium silicate is discussed. The results show that strength and anti-water of hardened sodium silicate can be improved. Na2B4O7 and sodium silicate can form [BO4] and [SiO4] composite glass network, can make the network more perfection, thereby the adhesive strength of sodium silicate is enhanced. [ BO4 ] can attract cation, and prevent sodium ion moving, therefore the anti-water of sodium silicate is improved.
