葡萄柚汁对FK506血药浓度的影响 被引量:6

摘要 选取6例肝移植术后口服FK 506(血药浓度在治疗窗范围内或以下,且已达稳态浓度)的患者,予葡萄柚汁(GF J)250 m l,与FK 506同服,1周后检测FK 506谷值浓度。结果加服GF J 1周后FK 506谷值浓度显著提高(P=0.008),每日服用FK 506的量及所需费用明显降低(P=0.013、0.019)。提示GF J可作为增效剂提高FK 506的生物利用度。
