摘要
分析了催化裂化装置反应系统汽提蒸汽盘管及其管嘴、提升管底部流化蒸汽盘管和其管嘴、待生催化剂分配器上的穿管及其耐磨管套、主风分布管管嘴、外取热器管束等部位易被催化剂磨损的原因,针对不同情况提出了相应的改造措施,取得了明显效果,为催化裂化装置的长周期安全生产创造了有利条件。
The stripping steam tubes and nozzles in the stripper, the fluidization steam tubes and nozzles at the bottom of riser, the tubes of spent catalyst distributor, the main air distributor nozzles and catalyst cooler tubes in FCCU reactor & regenerator system suffer from severe erosion. The erosion causes are analyzed and corrective measures are taken. Good results have been achieved and favorable conditions are available for longterm reliable FCCU operation.
