摘要 目的探讨微创房间隔缺损封堵术的护理措施。方法对16例经微创非体外循环房间隔缺损封堵术的病人进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例顺利度过围手术期,术后恢复快,无一例死亡。结论术前护理重在消除病人的焦虑;术后护理重在对可能发生的并发症进行有针对性的观察并进行治疗性护理。从而达到高质量的护理配合。
