摘要
21世纪是个网络的时代,网络技术在提供给人类前所未有的高效、自由的享受信息的同时,也给人类套上了枷锁。网络安全、网络欺诈、侵犯隐私、知识产权保护、网络纠纷的处理让人们不能在无视法律的力量。在网络管理法制化已成为社会的共识的今天,网络法制化建设中应注意那些方面的内容,怎样才能制定出符合要求的网络法律规则就成为必须解决的问题。
The 21st century is an era of Intemet. Intemet technology has provided man unparalleled opportunity to enjoy information efficiently and freely, hut meanwhile, it has manacled man. Such issues as Internet security, net deception, privacy intrusion, intellectual property right protection and internet dispute settlement have confirmed that the legal authority cannot be defied. Today, as the legalization of network administration has become a common sense, they are urgent problems to be solved what to be focused on in the network legalization construction and how to make suitable Internet regulations.
