摘要
大学扩招后,生源质量下降,如何才能将这些基础差、起点低的学生培养成合格的毕业生,走入社会就业,成为对社会有用的人才是很多高校面临的问题。本文是以昆明大学艺建系2003级学生的培养过程为背景总结出的教学经验。
The expanded enrollment of new students leads to poorer quality of the students in universities. How to bring up the poor students to be qualified graduates and useful to the society is the common issue most universities faced . The paper is an experience based on the bringing-up to the students in grade 2003 in arts and architectural department.
