摘要
探讨了鼠曲草提取物对常见致病细菌抑制作用。结果表明:鼠曲草提取物对常见致病菌有较强的抑制作用,抑菌效果为金黄色葡萄球菌>沙门氏菌抑制>枯草芽孢杆菌>大肠杆菌,其中,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径为1.4cm,对沙门氏菌的抑菌圈直径为1.2cm,对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径为1.0cm,对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径为0.95cm;其最小抑菌浓度为:金色葡萄球菌1.25%,沙门氏菌2.5%,大肠杆菌10%,枯草芽孢杆菌10%。
The inhibition effect of gnaphlium affine D.Don extract on normal pathogenic bacteria was tested, and the results showed that the extract presented certain inhibitory effects on normal pathogenic bacteria, and the antimicrobial effect were staphylococcus aureus〉salmoneUa〉Bacillus subtilis〉Eseherichia coli. The smallest bacteriostasis density was as follows： staphylococcus aureus1.25%,salmonella2.5%,Escherichia coli10%,Bacillus subtilis 10%.
