摘要
目的进行头孢唑林钠皮试液的稳定性考察。方法将皮试液样品分别放入不同温度恒温水浴中,用紫外分光光度法测定头孢唑林钠含量。结果头孢唑林钠皮试液在4℃冰箱可以保存3 d,在常温25℃下可以保存1.5 d,夏季37℃可以保存1 d。结论为了防止储存不当和减少假阳性,规定头孢唑林钠皮试液在夏季冰箱冷藏保存1 d,其余季节室温保存1 d。
Objective To study the stability of cefazolin sodium intracutaneous injection. Methods The eefazalin content of the injection was determined by UV absorption spectrum at various temperatures. Results The injection kept stable at 4℃ for 3 days, at room temperature for a day and half, at 37℃ for one day. Conclusion The stability of cefazolin sodium intracutaneous injectionis was not so good. In order to avoid false positive test, clinically, the favourable storage life should not be more than one day at room temperature or at summer in the fridge, resnectively.
