摘要
采用焊接热模拟技术及冲击试验方法,研究了焊后热处理工艺参数对10Ni5CrMoV钢热影响区(HAZ)的组织与低温(-50℃)冲击韧性的影响规律。试验结果表明,粗晶区是HAZ各特征区中冲击韧性最低的区域,但是经过620℃×1.5h焊后热处理后,HAZ粗晶区冲击韧性最高。
Adopted the welding thermal simulation method and low - temperature ( - 50 ℃ ) impact test, the influence of postweld heat treatment parameter on the HAZ of 10Ni5CrMoV steel and low - temperature( - 50 ℃ ) impact toughness was studied. The results show that the coarse grained region is the weakest zone in HAZ, on the other hand, the value of impact toughness of the coarse gained region in HAZ is the highest after 620 ℃ × 1.5 h postweld heat treatment.
