摘要
采用固相氯化法制备改性CPE,实验结果表明反应温度、氯含量及引发剂用量对CPE的力学性能有很大影响,在PE固相法氯化反应过程中,其HCl的释放速率与PE及Cl2的量有关。
In this thesis, by adopted solid method, the modified CPE could be prepared by PE chlorination. Firstly, the mechanical property of CPE made by solid method was compared simply with CPE made by suspension method, and the influencial factors of mechanical property was discussed. The factors included reaction temperature, chloride content and initiator dosage. By analyzing the tests, we affirmed that during this course of PE chlorinated by solid method,the release rate of HCl was related to the content of PE and Cl2.
