摘要
民间组织是社会分工的产物,发展民间组织对转变政府职能、改革传统行政管理体制、促进市场经济的发展具有重要作用。民间组织的生存发展和规范运作,政府起着关键作用。研究政府在民间组织成长中的角色、作用以及管理职能,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。文章从当前民间组织发展中存在的主要问题入手,分析了规范民间组织发展的必要性,并提出了相应的对策建议。
NGO is the social division of labor product. Development NGO is essential to transforming government functions, reforming traditional administration and promoting market economy. Government plays an important role in NGOs＇ sound development and standardized operation. Thus, studying government＇s role, function and administration is theoretical and practical. This paper, starting from the current problems existing in NGO, analyzes the necessity of NGO＇s standardization and proposes the corresponding countermeasures.
