摘要
在理论分析和试验的基础上,给出了一种整流罩分离过程中弹射筒分离力的工程估算方法。认为弹射筒达到最大压力后,力-位移关系近似符合等温变化规律。由此可根据地面小车试验的力-时间曲线,通过MSC.ADAMS建模分析获得弹射筒的力-位移曲线,以及整流罩的相关分离参数。整流罩分离地面试验表明,该方法的计算结果与实际较吻合。
The engineering method to predict the separation force of ejector during fairing separation was put forward based on the theoretical analysis and relative test in this paper. It was believed that relation of force and displacement for the ejector was approximately agreed with isothermal rule after the maximum pressure appeared in the ejector. From this assume, the relation of force and displacement for the ejector, and relative separation parameters of the fairing would be gained by the force-time curve of the little car test and analysis of the model set by MSC. ADAMS. The ground fairing separation test of some fairing showed that the result of this prediction method was similar with the real one.
