摘要
本文通过对投资银行业发展的国际比较,分析了我国投资银行业存在的问题,在借鉴国外经验的基础上,提出了适合中国国情的投资银行业的发展策略。
Based on review of successful international experience in investment banking industry, this paper analyses the problem existed in investment banking industry in China and proposes development strategy of investment banking industry on making adaptation of Chinese context.
