摘要
建设社会主义新农村,对衡水这样的“三农”大市来说尤为重要。衡水市建设社会主义新农村既有有利条件又有不利因素,怎样才能加快它的建设,需要解决三大矛盾、实行四个结合。
Building a new socialist countryside is particularly important to Hengshui city featured with the ＂three rural problems＂. In the process of constructing the new socialist rural areas, Hengshui city has its advantages and disadvantages. For the sake of speeding up the construction, three major contradictions should be resolved, and four combinations should be put into practice.
