摘要
经过十几年的发展,广西上市公司取得了一定的成就。然而,广西上市公司在数量、规模、产业分布、经营状况、发展趋势等方面仍存在诸多问题,严重阻碍了广西上市公司的进一步发展。为充分发挥资本市场对区域经济发展的促进作用,广西应通过加快公司上市步伐、优化上市公司股权结构、推进上市公司产业结构调整与升级、加强上市公司监管等,促进上市公司的持续、健康、快速发展。
After the development of more than ten years, the listed companies of Guangxi have gained certain achievement. However, there are still many problems in the aspects of the companies＇ quantity, scale, industrial distribution, management status, and growth direction etc. These problems hinder the companies from further development. To bring capital market into full play in the regional economic development, Guangxi should promote continuous, healthy and rapid development of the listed companies through speeding up their listing pace, optimizing shareholding structure, pushing adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure, and strengthening supervision and so forth.
