摘要
观察了29例行体外循环手术患者术中脂质过氧化反应、机体抗氧化能力及别嘌呤醇的作用。结果:术中心肺再灌注后脂质过氧化反应明显增加,同时伴机体抗氧化能力下降。术前口服别嘌呤醇可有效地抑制术中脂质过氧化反应的发生。提示:黄嘌呤氧化酶途径是体外循环术中氧自由基产生的重要来源。
e evaluated intraoperative lipid peroxidation, antioxidation power change and the effects of allopurinol (a xanthine oxidase) in 29 patients who underwent cardiopulmonary bypass. Lipid peroxidation reaction was significantly increased, accompanied by significantly decreased antioxidation power after reperfusion. Allopurinol ameliorated the lipid peroxidation reaction. The results indicated that xanthine oxidase pathway was a main source for the production of oxygen derived free radical.
