摘要
通过94例136只视功能障碍眼的检查分析,发现模式翻转图像视觉诱发电位(PRVEP)的P1波空间频率阈值与视敏度密切相关,推导出P1波空间频率阈值与视敏度的相关回归方程,根据此方程可以判定被试者的视敏度。为了保证PRVEP检测结果的可靠性和客观性,将一般诈盲检查法中的雾视法引入图像VEP检测中。此外,还研究了正常人不同状态下单眼和双眼PRVEP的P1波空间频率阈值的变化,并将上述方法应用于法医学鉴定中,提高了PRVEP评价视敏度的准确性和客观性。
We examined and analysed 136 eyes in 94 patients with visual functional obstruction. There was a close relationship between spatial frequency of P1 wave in PRVEP and visual acuity. A regression equation was deduced. With this equation we could determine the visual acuity of the participants. In order to assure the reliability and objectivity, we used fog visual method for general examination of simulant blindness. In addition, we also observed the changes in spatial frequency of P1 wave in normal persons monocularly and binocularly. These methods were applied to forensic medicine expertise and had more accurate and objective results.
