摘要
研究了铁对火焰原子吸收法(AAS)测定铬时的干扰作用及混合表面活性剂对其测定的增感效应。结果证明,混合表面活性剂体系优于单一的SDS及平平加体系。在200倍于铬的铁的存在下,其增感倍数为3倍。而且混合表面活性剂体系对锰等十多种阴阳离子的干扰也有很好的抑制作用。
This paper aimed at setting up a useful method for measuring Cr by AAS with mixed surfactant as Sensitizer. Our results indicated when SDS was combined with peregal O, this mixed surfactant solution had much stronger anti interferential action to Fe than single surfactant or peregal O did, even in the presence of great amounts of Fe (e.g. 200 times as Cr), the mixed surfactant still showed as high as 3 times of sensitization. In addition, the mixed surfactant also exhibited significant anti interferential actions to Mn and other ions.
