摘要
在大白鼠输精管中,去甲肾上腺素可促进肌醇磷脂代谢,而双丁酰cAMP和8-溴cGMP则对去甲肾上腺素所促进的肌醇磷脂代谢,有明显的抑制作用。这提示,很可能在输精管平滑肌中,由去甲肾上腺素所促进的肌张力,能被cAMP和cGMP所抑制。本文还观察到A23187亦能促进肌醇磷脂代谢,而酚苄明(一种肾上腺素能α受体阻断荆)和EGTA则对肌醇磷脂代谢起抑制作用。
e made experimental study in rat vas deferens phosphatidylinositol turnover was enhanced by no-radrenaline and inhibited by dibutyryl cAMP and 8-Br cGMP It suggested that the muscular tensionimproved by noradrenaline might be inhibited by cAM P and cGMP In smoot h muscle of vas delerens.We also observed that phosphatidylinositol turnover coule be enhanced by A23 187 and inhibited by phe-noxvbenzamine(a kind of α-receptor blocker)and EGTA. It would be of value for the further study oninteraction between phosphatidylinositol turnover and function of noradrenaline。
