摘要
如何对脱粒分离装置试验数据进行分析,得出准确与有效的结论,是研究脱粒分离装置的重点。选用MATLAB软件对试验结果进行数据分析是一个全新的思路,可利用其非常强大的绘图功能完成图形的绘制,既提高了工作效率,又提高了工作质量。为此,以油菜联合收割机脱粒分离装置试验数据为例,利用MATLAB进行统计分析、插值、最优设计及绘制图形,非常方便地建立脱粒滚筒功耗数学模型,同时得到脱粒滚筒功率消耗最小的最佳工作参数组合。
How to obtain an accurate and effective conclusion, analyzing the experiment data in threshing and separating unit is an important problem. With MATLAB software analyzing experiment results is a new method, and utilizes MATLAB very strong drawing function to finish the drawing of figure. Use MATLAB to not only improve working efficiency but also improve work quality. This text with threshing and separating system of rape combine harvester as example, making use of the strong function of MATLAB software is convenient to set up the mathematical model of threshing and separating power consumption, at the same time, the best working parameters are determined when threshing and separating system power consumption is minimum.
