摘要
目的:探讨医疗卫生工作转型的思路。方法:分析历年来的医疗卫生工作改革发展的经验教训。结论:医疗卫生服务行业,应坚持“民为根,人为本”,并按照这一思路来重新审视自己的定位和职能,并进行调整和转型,定能赢得民心和民意。
Objective To explore reform of medical health work.Methods To analyze experience and lessons of reform of medical health work in recent years. Conclusion People-rooted and human-oriented should be insisted in field of medical health service, and this idea should be applied to reconsider one＇s duty and position and to adjust and reform so as to win the support of people.
