摘要
对南通地区48个鳗鱼养殖场的养殖水及鳗鱼进行了有机氯农药残留量的调查。结果表明,该地区人工养殖场的养殖水和鳗鱼体中六六六、DDT均有检出,但其含量大大低于国家渔业水质标准和国家食品卫生标准。
The pesticite residues of organocholrine were determined in cultured Auguilla Japonica and its fishery water in Nantong. Themean levels of BHC and DDT in culture Auguilla Japonica were 0. 0051 μg/kg and 0. 024 μg/kg. They are lower than the standards of food hygiene and the standards of water quality for fisheries.
