摘要
随着我国经济的高速增长,资源、环境问题越来越成为制约经济发展的瓶颈,发展循环经济是走可持续发展的必由之路,建设节约型社会的重要途径。推进循环经济发展必须以科学发展观为指导,从观念、体制、政府管理等方面进行创新。
The problems of resources and environment restrict economy development along with the increase of the economy in our country and developing cycle economy is the important approach of sustainable development and constructing saving society. Promoting cycle economy must be directed by science development and renovate the idea, system and goveranaent management.
