摘要
本文以某发电厂的水力除渣系统为研究对象,介绍了ControlNet现场总线的特点和体系结构,论述了ControlNet现场总线与PLC结合组成的集散型控制系统的原理、设计原则和方法。
Taking the water power slag handling system in power plant as an example, this article introduces the process of the water power slag handling system and the scene equipment. Secondly, it introduces the systemic structure and characteristic of the ControlNet. Thirdly, it indicates the theory, the design principles and the techniques of distributed system that comprises ControlNet Held Bus and PLC. Fourthly, combined with the general design thought and principles, it elaborates the structure of the system hardware network and the choice of equipments. Fifthly, according to the request of the system function, it introduces the software design and composition. Finally, it illuminates the process and the results of the system test, and makes an overall comment on the system.
