摘要
房地产投资环境的影响因素众多,而且关系错综复杂.在对影响房地产投资因素进行定性的基础上,运用主成分分析法,分析各投资环境的差异,为房地产决策提供重要的理论依据.
The elements that affect the real estates investment environment are anfractuous. On basis of the qualitative element of the real estates investment environment, the paper applies the principal eomponential analysis to analyze the discrepancy among the real estates investment environment. It provides important gist for the real estates decision.
