摘要
应用荧光光谱法和紫外吸收光谱法研究了在生理条件下(pH=7.4)磺胺二甲氧嘧啶(SDM)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用模式.研究表明,磺胺二甲氧嘧啶对BSA内源性荧光的猝灭属于形成了复合物的单一静态猝灭过程,其猝灭速率常数为7.35×1012L.mol-1.S-1,结合常数为1.04×105L.mol-1,结合位点数为1.03.并考察了金属离子Fe3+、Mn2+、Ca2+、Zn2+、Cu2+存在下,对磺胺二甲氧嘧啶与BSA结合常数的影响.
The interaction between sulfadimethoxine (SDM) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) in physiological condition was studied by fluorescence and spectrophotometry. The experiment demonstrated that the combination for sulfadimethoxine with BSA was a single static quenching process. The quenching rate constant is 7.35 × 10n L · mol^-1 · S^-1, the binding constant is 1.04 × 10^5 L · mol^-1, and the number of binding sites is 1.03. Effect of Fe^3+ , Mn^2+ , Ca^2+ , Zn^2+ and Cu^2+ on the binding constant of sulfadimethoxine to BSA was also studied.
