发酵工业指纹图谱的应用

摘要 指纹图谱是指以图谱的方法将物质的特异性和共性展现出来,并以此作为判断和鉴定该物质的依据。发酵工业中的原料,菌种,产品的特异性和共性可以建立指纹图谱表现出来,并为指导生产工艺,监控产品质量提供科学的依据。 Fingerprint means illustrating specificities and Commonness of the matter with atlas that provides the foundation to discriminate itself from others: Material, strains, products in ferment industry have specificities and commonness that can be shown with fingerprint which provides the foundation to direct the process, to monitor and control the quality of product.
