摘要
运用变分法研究傍轴椭圆高斯光束在强非局域非线性介质中的传输特性,得到了光束各参量的演化方程和各参量的演化规律的近似解、2个临界功率和2个由强非局域介质特性与初始束宽决定的特征参量ε1和ε2。在0ε1<1/3,0ε2<1/3的前提下,当初始功率等于某一临界功率时,傍轴椭圆高斯光束在传输时,可以保持某一方向的束宽不变,得到空间光孤子。
The propagation Properties of elliptically Gaussian beam in three - dimensional strongly nonlocal media is discussed with a variational approach. A set of evolution equations for the beam are obtained,a set of parameters evolution law for the beam and their approximate solutions are obtained, two critical power and twoε1, ε2 determined by both the material property and the initial beam width are obtained, too. Under the condition of 0≤ ε1 〈 1/3,0 ≤ ε2 〈 1/3, the elliptically Gaussian beam can keep a stable beam width on a special direction, and the stable spatial optical soliton is found when the input power equal to the critical power.
