尼龙6与5-SSIPA分子间氢键效应的研究

摘要 通过双螺杆挤出机制备了尼龙6(PA6)/5-(钠代磺基)间苯二甲酸(5-SSIPA)复合材料.红外及变温红外研究显示:5-SSIPA与PA6的酰胺基团之间有分子间氢键形成,其热稳定性好于PA6中酰胺基团之间的氢键,受温度变化的影响小.差热分析(DSC)显示:与PA6相比,PA6/5-SSIPA具有较高的结晶度,熔融焓和结晶焓也更高.5-SSIPA的加入提高了PA6的拉伸、弯曲强度及模量. PA6/5 - SSIPA composites were prepared with a twin-screw extruder. FTIR and Temperature FTIR analysis show that there is a kind of hydrogen bonding between 5 - SSIPA and amide group in PA6 molecules, and the hydrogen bending exhibits higher thermal stability in comparison to the hydrogen bonding between PA6 molecules. DSC analysis shows that the crystalline degree and the crystalline temperature of PA6/5 - SSIPA are all higher than that of PA6. The mechanical properties tests indicate that the tensile strength, yield strength and modulus of composites are improved obviously with addition of 5 - SSIPA.
