摘要
以柴油机用增压器叶轮制造为例,概述了快速成型技术在涡轮增压器制造中的应用,叙述了利用快速成型机制造具有复杂型面特征的涡轮增压器用叶轮的过程,概述了涡轮叶轮快速成型制造工艺和铸造工艺,最后提出了快速成型铸造的涡轮叶轮与设计用CAD模型相结合进行叶片精度测量分析的方法及叶片重复性测量工艺的误差分析技术。
Example of the impeller of turbocharger in diesel engine, the paper summarizes the application of rapid prototyping technology in the turbocharger, and expatiate the process of using rapid prototyping machine to produce impeller. At same time it introduces the manufacturing and casting technique of manufacturing the turbine impeller by rapid prototyping technology. At last, through combining the turbine impeller with rapid prototyping manufacturing and designing CAD model, it puts forward the analytical method of precision measure and the error analysis technique of repeatability measure for the blade.
