摘要
介绍了单相串励电动机闭环调速控制器的硬件和程序设计,主要是以交流电过零时刻作为定时基准,对设定值和反馈值的偏差进行PID调节运算,根据其结果获得可控硅相应的触发时刻,从而改变电动机两端的电压,实现电动机的无级平滑调速。
The design of single -phase series -excited motor controller based on closed loop system of speed adjusting is introduced. MCU will start the timer when AC voltage is just above zero,and SCR will be touched off when the time which is obtained from the PID operation on the difference between set value and feedback one arrives. In this way, the voltage is changed that added to the AC motor to realise the speed stepless adjusting.
