摘要
液压系统的优化设计有利于提高其传递效率.文章以优化设计方法为基础对液压系统管路进行了优化设计,优化对象为液压管路的重量.以管径、壁厚、管长为变量,考虑了布局空间、管道流量和管道压力等约束条件,对液压系统管路重量进行了优化.优化结果可用于指导液压系统的管路安装.
The optimum design is helpful to improving the transmission efficiency of hydraulic system. The piping design of hydraulic system is optimized. The optimum object is the weight of pipes with their diameters, thicknesses and lengths as the variables and the layout, flow and pressure as the considering constraints. The optimum results can be used to the installation of hydraulic system pipes.
