摘要
本文通过对大型复合材料叶片模具的开合模翻转过程进行分析,提出了利用行车和液压油缸联合翻转的新的开合模翻转方法。据此设计的新的合模翻转方法的成功应用,对类似大型模具开合模翻转的设计,具有较强的指导作用。
This paper analyzes opening and closing process of thc turning mould for the FRP blade of largc-scalc wind turbine, and puts forward a new method of combined turning-using combination of cranes and hydraulic cylinders to turn mould. The new method was applied successfully in practice and is useful to the similar design of the turning device for the FRP blade of large-scale wind turbine.
