摘要
针对目前冲模标准件数据库缺乏的问题,以CATIA为二次开发平台,采用参数化的设计方法,建立了三维冲模标准件库系统,实现了三维冲压模具标准件的参数化自动建模,提高了模具设计的工作效率,缩短了模具新产品的研制周期。
Aiming at the problem that standard part database for die are scarce, by taking CATIA as the second development platform, this paper establish 3D parameterized part database of standard part for die with the method of parametric feather. The standard part database can build up models by itself ,improve the efficiency of die design and reduce the cycle time of researching and designing new products.
